After years leading in high-pressure environments—as a restaurateur, media personality, and nonprofit executive—Kiki experienced firsthand the toll that relentless output takes on the body. Rather than accepting burnout as inevitable, she designed Mosala to offer elite clients the one thing most high-performers don’t have: a system that fuels long-term stamina without compromise.
At Mosala, Kiki combines her culinary expertise with performance nutrition, recovery rituals, and private wellness protocols for those whose lives and careers demand more.
